Thanksgiving Interview

For my thanksgiving interview, I interviewed my dad. He teaches several life science classes at a High School outside of Appleton. He uses many forms of information technology in hos job. The most obvious thing that he uses everyday is a computer but the more interesting example is his SMART board. This is an interactive whiteboard which has been becoming increasingly popular in schools during recent years. Using this technology for basic things is pretty easy however, there are many other cool features which are more difficult to figure out and that many people may not even know about. To learn about these cool functions and how to use them, my dad took a course during the summer so he could use the SMART board as a more functional teaching tool. This is a teaching tool which makes the classroom more interactive and leads to better learning.
